Meet Hirral D Ahuja is the Founder of Hirral'z SweetTreats9 and Korrogen Cafe — where dessert meets wellness.

Her journey didn’t start with a business plan. It started with a mother’s love in a kitchen in China, baking a 1st birthday (year 2005) cake for her son with no sugar, no gluten, and zero compromise.

That one cake sparked a movement.

From baking for Indian families in China, to launching a full bakery in Borivali West in 2019, to opening Korrogen Cafe in 2024, Hirral has built more than a brand. She’s built trust.

Through Rotary Mumbai, BNI, and strong community networks, she turned a passion for healthy baking into a thriving business that serves diabetics, fitness lovers, gluten-intolerant families, and anyone who believes celebrations shouldn’t come with guilt.

Every great brand starts with a problem. Her started with a birthday.

2005, China. Hirral’s son was turning 1. She wanted to bake his cake herself. But every recipe she found was full of refined sugar and maida. That wasn’t the kind of “first bite” she wanted for him.

So she created her own. Sugar-free. Gluten-free. Made with love. The cake was a hit. Then her Indian friends in China started asking: “Can you bake for my daughter’s birthday too?” Word spread in the expat community. A home kitchen became a micro-bakery.

In 2019, Hirral moved back to Mumbai, Borivali West. She realized India had the same problem — millions of people avoiding sweets not by choice, but by compulsion. Diabetics, PCOS, gluten intolerance, clean-eating families... they all deserved to celebrate too.

So she launched Hirralz SweetTreats9. 

“Treats9” = 9 emotions. Because every dessert should make you feel something. The USP was clear from day 1: Healthy Baking. No refined sugar. No maida. 100% taste.
From custom birthday cakes to sugar-free brownies and gluten-free cookies, Hirralz became the bakery people called when “normal cakes” weren’t an option.

To grow, Hirral leaned into community. She joined Rotary Mumbai and BNI. She showed up, shared her story, and built real relationships. Referrals turned into regulars. Regulars turned into family.

The demand kept growing. People didn’t just want to order healthy desserts. They wanted a place to experience them. 

 In 2024, Korrogen Cafe was born.

A cozy cafe where you can have a sugar-free dessert, a gluten-free sandwich, and a guilt-free coffee date. It’s the physical home of the same promise Hirral made in China: Indulgence without compromise.

Today, Hirralz Sweet Treats9 + Korrogen Cafe stand for 3 things:

• Celebration for All – No one should be left out of the cake-cutting moment
