On most social bookmarking sites you have about 24 hours to get to the front page and stay there, so if you post in a time when the majority of readers are sleeping you will be wasting valuable time. The maximum traffic normally happens around 3 – 4 pm US time so, if you can submit by around 1- 2 pm US time on weekdays it should be ideal.
